When you relinquish your life to following your artistic passion, the world will open its doors for you to talk through. Do not be afraid. Go with it! Follow the path as it presents itself. Your gifts won’t ever steer you in the wrong direction. How do I know? I’m living that life, following my poems as they lead. They’ve taken me on amazing journeys in our beautiful world. I’m very thankful for the opportunities to share pieces of me wherever my words are welcomed. One of my favorite places on the planet to do so is the Motherland—Africa.
Kenya feels like home.
The black, the red, and the green.
Oh, how I love her!
