Stop putting yourself under pressure. Pay for success by applying wisdom. Here are a few tips that can help guide you:
1. Do not borrow to send your children to big schools; operate at the level you are at.
2. If you have land, please try to develop it. You can start with a two-bedroom flat.
3. If you pay house rent above US$650.00 per annum, it is time to have your own land.
4. Do not forget to make investments and start now. Investment means your money working for you.
5. You must believe in your ability to succeed; everything is possible.
6. Success has a price; be ready to pay it.
7. At any point you feel like abandoning whatever you are doing, you feel frustrated. That is the breaking point; a little push more from that point, and you will succeed.

8. If you do not experience loneliness, you are not growing. It is a sign of transformation.
9. Learn how to use your head; otherwise, you will use your hands.
10. You must think yourself out of poverty; hard work alone does not pay.
11. Any business you do now must be relevant to the Internet. Otherwise, it will soon become outdated.
12. Self-improvement is very important. Get relevant skill sets.
