All Women want long, full, and thick eyelashes. Even some men are not left behind. Having beautiful eyelashes is important for striking eyes. It is also one of the best ways to enhance beauty and become much more attractive, but it has a regrettably hazardous effect on the eyes.
It has become a global norm because every woman wants to look stunningly beautiful. Ideally, everything should be nice: clothes and makeup. The same applies to eyelashes, and it is commonly used among celebrities. What is globally new is “what the celebrities are using, the citizens are ready to make use of too—commonly called (Vogue).

Eyelash extensions have been reported to irritate the conjunctiva (Conjunctivitis) or the cornea (Keratitis). The irritation can be caused by direct contact with the lashes themselves or hypersensitivity to the substance used to attach them. Among beauty treatments, eyelash extensions account for the largest share of eye Clinic consultations in Japan, where they are widely used. Women must know that eyelash extensions can cause hair loss, leaving eyelashes so thin that they feel they have no choice but to continue the cycle. Indeed, the College of Optometrists in England has warned that “repeated use of eyelash extensions can cause traction alopecia, a condition where the hair falls out due to excessive tension placed on the hair shaft. As a result, this can damage the hair follicle, slow or even halt hair production.

According to researchers, Eyelashes have evolved to a specific length: one-third the width of the eye. At this length, the reduced air flow to the eye creates a layer of slow-moving air above the lens. This means the eyes are left unprotected and are more likely to dry out.
My advice? Stick to mascara and use it safely:
- Wash your hands before applying mascara
- Replace your Mascara tube every three months
- Don’t borrow, lend, or share it.
- Never add water to the tube; if your mascara dries out, throw it away.
- Avoid makeup counter application even with fresh wands.
- If you notice any signs of infection or irritation, stop using mascara until it clears up.
Ladies, mothers, beware of artificial eyelash extensions.
